About the Role
STORE EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management and customer service - Ensure efficient functioning of store processes to maximize profitability - Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations - Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction - Monitor financial performance of the store and implement cost-saving measures as needed - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store to create a welcoming environment for customers - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve store goals and objectives Good to have: - Previous experience in retail management - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of blue grey collar industries and workforce trends ##
