Job Details

Experience: 3 to 6 years Employment : Permanent Job Type : Work from Office Location : Mindspace, Juinagar, Navi Mumbai Budget : 40% Hike On Current Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 application and production support for enterprise systems.
• Perform patch deployments, version upgrades, and coordinate application releases.
• Analyze application and system logs to troubleshoot and resolve incidents.
• Monitor performance and health of applications using AppDynamics, VuNet, etc.
• Manage and track issues using Jira or other ticketing tools.
• Support and troubleshoot on Windows Server, Linux, IIS, and Apache Tomcat.
• Execute basic database queries and issue handling in MSSQL and Oracle environments.
• Follow up with internal teams for timely ASLC/VAPT & VA issue closure reports.
• Coordinate with network teams for resolving issues related to: Firewall Port Opening rules Load balancer configuration DNS resolutions, Proxy ##
