About the Role
Field Sales Executive / Field Sales Representative Job SummaryA Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales by visiting customers, meeting potential clients, presenting products or services, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
The role involves traveling to different locations, identifying business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers and potential clients in assigned areas Promote and sell company products/services Generate new leads through field visits and networking Build and maintain strong customer relationships Conduct product demonstrations and presentations Negotiate prices and close sales deals Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Collect customer feedback and market information Prepare daily sales reports and maintain records Coordinate with the sales and support teams Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills Negotiation and convincing ability Customer handling and relationship management Basic knowledge of sales techniques Time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and travel frequently QualificationsBachelors degree or equivalent (preferred) Prior experience in sales/marketing is an advantage Freshers may also apply for entry-level roles Valid driving license may be required Work EnvironmentMostly outdoor and travel-based work Regular client meetings and field visits Flexible working hours depending on targets and client availability Salary & BenefitsFixed salary + incentives/commission Travel allowance Performance bonuses Career growth opportunities ##
