Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and candidates Handle inbound inquiries professionally and efficiently Explain company services and offerings clearly Generate leads and maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups Schedule appointments and coordinate with the concerned team Build and maintain positive customer relationships Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

Requirements

Excellent communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet) Ability to handle customer queries confidently Positive attitude and willingness to learn Freshers are welcome to apply ##
