You will be an integral part of our team, assisting with customer calls and inquiries, while also maintaining accurate records in Excel. This role offers a great learning experience and the chance to develop valuable communication skills. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1.

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services. 2. Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their queries and providing excellent customer service. 3. Maintain detailed records of all calls and customer interactions in MS-Excel. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and track progress. 5.

Assist with data entry tasks and help in updating customer information. 6. Utilize your language skills in English and Hindi to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base. 7. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field.
