About the Role
SALES OFFICER
Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase revenue - Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients - Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences - Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients - Negotiate and finalize sales agreements with clients - Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics - Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals - Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively sell to clients Good to have: - Previous experience in the blue grey collar industry - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools - Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events. ##
Requirements
