About the Role

About the internship: Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Perform end-to-end testing of development across multiple browsers and operating systems 2. Understand functional and business requirements, ensuring they are reflected post-deployment 3. Contribute to the development of assigned projects 4.

Work across the different phases of the software development lifecycle, including estimating level-of-effort, identifying the best approach, building, performing QA testing, deploying, documenting, debugging, supporting features, and shipping security improvements 5.

Participate and contribute to stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives at the agile team level and up 6. Perform code reviews with helpful and meaningful feedback for your teammates 7. Research, document, note trade-offs, and recommend potential solutions around future product features. Assume responsibility for your work and lead it to completion 8.

Requirements

• 1.
• Development experience with Javascript is required 2.
• Development experience with React is a bonus 3.
• Knowledge of software principles, application architecture, data structures, coding conventions, and security practices 4.
• Strong communication skills that allow you to convey complex ideas in writing or in-person 5.
• Ability to use your technical skills to achieve business goals 6.
• Analytical and creative problem-solving skills 7.
• Empathy for application users and desire to improve their experiences
