Requirements

• Are pursuing a full-time B.Tech./B.E. and have completed the 3rd year/6th semester by July 2026 or are pursuing a full-time M.Tech./M.Sc. (Electronics) and have completed the 1st year/2nd semester by July 2026.
• Have a CGPA of 7.0 or above on a 10-point scale.
• Do not have any backlog in the first five semesters of their degree program.

About the Company

The DRDO Paid Internship Program at Defence Electronics Applications Laboratory provides final-year students an opportunity to work on advanced defence technologies related to Software Defined Radios, Satellite Communication, Data Links, and Surveillance Systems. Interns will gain exposure to research and development projects in a premier DRDO laboratory.

Additional information: Internship duration is fixed at 6 months. Selection is based entirely on merit. A stipend of Rs. 30,000/- will be paid in two installments (Rs. 15,000/- after completion of 3 months and Rs. 15,000/- after completion of 6 months), subject to a minimum attendance of 15 days per month.
