OFFICE ADMIN JOB DESCRIPTION Company: QUICK SWIPE / FinTech-Finance Company Location: ARUMBAKKAM, Chennai Position: Office Administrator (Admin Executive) Job Summary We are looking for a smart, organized, and responsible Office Administrator to manage day-to-day office operations, customer coordination, documentation, and administrative activities.

The candidate should have good communication skills and basic computer knowledge.

Job Details

Experience: in FinTech, Finance, Banking, or Financial Services industry. Knowledge of customer handling and documentation. Basic accounting knowledge is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
  • Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
  • Maintain customer records, files, and financial documents.
  • Prepare reports, invoices, and office correspondence.
  • Coordinate with sales, accounts, and operations teams.
  • Monitor office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain attendance and employee records.
  • Ensure proper filing and document management.
  • Support management with administrative tasks and reporting.

Requirements

Graduate - Any - Admin Back Office - Age: 20-40 ## Skills - Administration - Office operations - Office procedures - Office coordination - Office management - Office assistance - Office administration ##

  • Any Degree / Diploma.
  • 13 years of experience in Office Administration (Freshers can also apply).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
