Responsibilities

• Business Development Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, social media, networking, and field visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations to potential clients.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Lead Management Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and walk-ins.

• Ensure timely conversion of inquiries into business opportunities.
• Sales & Revenue Generation Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Generate revenue through service sales, franchise sales, sponsorships, events, and business collaborations.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
• Client Relationship Management Ensure excellent client servicing and satisfaction.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and partners.
• Address client concerns and coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.
• Market Research Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
