Role Description- This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive at MedDirect Services Private Limited in Mumbai, Hyderabad. Our Company belongs to the Healthcare and Medical Industry. We are into the Inbound or outbound domestic voice process.

The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing customer support, appointments booking (on call), ensuring customer satisfaction, offering online support, providing customer service, and technical support on a day-to-day basis.
