About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to grow our presence in the agricultural sector. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with dealers and farmers, and manage the end-to-end sales process. You will be responsible for market research, product demonstrations, and achieving regional sales targets to help modernize farming practices.
Job Details
Experience: Minimum 6 months of sales experience (any industry). Tools: Must own a laptop and have a stable internet connection. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and basic MS Office/CRM skills.
Experience: in agri-equipment (e.g., Sprayers, Weeders, Chaff cutters). Existing connections within the local farming or dealer community. ##
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Research market trends and find potential customers through cold calls, digital platforms, and events.
- Sales & Relationships: Sell equipment solutions to distributors and dealers while providing excellent after-sales support.
- Dealer Management: Identify and onboard new partners, providing them with product training and sales support.
- Strategy & Reporting : Create regional sales plans and provide regular performance reports and market feedback to management.
- Industry Presence: Represent the company at trade shows and agri-events to promote the brand and stay updated on new technologies.
