AI Prompts Specialist – Photography & Video Content Creation Location: Bengaluru Department: Studio

We are looking for an AI Prompts Specialist who can blend traditional photography/video workflows with next-gen AI tools to create high-impact promotional content. This role will work closely with the studio team, photographers, videographers, and creative leads to ideate, generate, and execute visually compelling assets for campaigns, product launches, and digital promotions.

Experience: • Strong understanding of photography and video content creation (e-commerce, lifestyle, editorial). • Hands-on experience with AI image/video creation tools (Gemini, ChatGPT image, Midjourney, Runway, Pika, Krea, Magnific, etc.). • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro or Final Cut. • Ability to craft advanced prompts for photorealistic content. • Excellent sense of composition, lighting, color, and fashion aesthetics. • Ability to work in a fast-paced studio environment with quick deadlines. Good to Have

Experience: with 3D rendering tools (Blender, Cinema4D, or AI 3D generators). • Knowledge of social media trends and reel-format storytelling. • Basic motion graphics or animation skills. • Comfort working in campaign and e-commerce shoot workflows. Responsibilities

• AI Content Creation & Enhancements • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion, etc.) to generate promotional images and short-form video concepts. • Convert raw briefs into AI-generated visual references, mood boards, sample compositions, and creative variations. • Enhance real photos and videos using AI-based upscaling, retouching, color grading, and clean-ups. • Develop AI-powered templates for recurring promo content (e.g., reels, campaign teasers, product highlights).
• Photography & Video Workflow Support • Ideate concepts for shoots and provide AI-generated previsualization for lighting, poses, styling, and set direction. • Work with the studio team to animate still images, create motion graphics, or produce dynamic promo edits using AI video tools. • Assist in editing and post-production using a hybrid workflow (Adobe Suite + AI plugins).
• Creative Development • Generate innovative prompts ideas using AI experimentation—fashion-forward, campaign-ready, and brand-aligned. • Create social-first content formats using AI: cinematic transitions, 3D renders, lifestyle composites, etc. • Maintain a library of AI outputs, references, and prompt structures for quick turnaround.
• Team Collaboration • Support the creative director, photographers, and stylists with AI-powered mockups. • Work cross-functionally with marketing, studio operations, and production teams for fast execution. • Train and guide team members on effective AI workflows and best practices.
