About the Role
The Sales Executive / Sr. Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of insurance products such as Health Insurance. The ideal candidate will be adept at converting leads, understanding customer needs, and generating insights that help refine lead quality and sales strategies.

Qualification: &
Experience: • Graduation (any stream) – MBA or relevant certification in insurance/sales is a plus. • 6 months – 2 years of experience in insurance sales (preferably Health). • IRDA certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- • Generate and convert sales leads for Health insurance products. • Maintain an in-depth understanding of product features, benefits, and policy terms across multiple insurers. • Identify potential customers through cold calling, referrals, or digital leads through calls provided by the organisation. • Engage with customers to understand their insurance requirements and recommend the best-fit products. • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. • Provide regular feedback on lead quality, conversion ratios, and customer sentiment to improve overall sales efficiency. • Prepare and maintain sales reports, pipeline updates, and conversion data in CRM tools. • Stay updated on industry trends, new insurance products, and regulatory changes.
- Key Skills & Competencies • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. • Customer-first mindset with an ability to build rapport quickly. • Analytical thinking to generate insights from lead and sales data. • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-based environment. • Good command of spoken and written English and Hindi. • Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
