Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors to drive sales and achieve targets - Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market reach - Monitor competitor activity and market trends to make informed decisions - Train and support distributor sales teams to improve performance and increase efficiency - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives - Analyze sales data and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Good to have values: - Strong negotiation and communication skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
