About the Role
The Graduate Trainee – Production will support day-to-day production activities to ensure smooth manufacturing operations. The trainee will assist in achieving production targets while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards. He/She will follow company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety requirements on the shop floor.
The role provides hands-on training in production processes, machine operations, and manufacturing techniques. The trainee will also maintain production records and report operational issues to supervisors as required.
