• Include • Assisting in recruitment processes by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating interview schedules. • Screening resumes to identify qualified candidates for open positions within the company. • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and preferences. • Utilizing various recruitment platforms and tools to attract top talent. • Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires. • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation. • Participating in HR team meetings and contributing ideas for improving recruitment strategies.
