Senior Sales Executive Location: Greater Noida Company: DOSTAN MACHINES

Experience: in international sales will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development Handle inquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, website, social media, and references.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machinery solutions.
  • Prepare quotations and follow up regularly for order conversion.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Customer Relationship Management Maintain regular communication with customers.
  • Assist customers throughout the sales cyclefrom inquiry to order confirmation.
  • Coordinate with production and dispatch teams regarding order status.
  • Resolve customer queries professionally.
  • Export & International Sales Handle export inquiries and international customer communications.
  • Follow up on export quotations and payment terms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams regarding export documentation and dispatch.
  • CRM & Reporting Maintain customer records in CRM/ERP.
  • Update inquiry status and sales pipeline regularly.
  • Submit daily and weekly sales reports.

Strong Follow-up Skills Sales Closing Ability Quotation Preparation Customer Handling Negotiation Ski ##

Post Graduate - Any - Marketing & Sales - Age: 18-60 ## Skills - B2B Sales - Enterprise sales ##

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).
  • Minimum 35 years of sales experience, preferably in machinery, industrial products, dairy, or food processing equipment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and CRM/ERP systems.
