Personnel Staffing Recruiter (PSR) We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Personnel Staffing Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in blue and grey collar industries, with a proven track record of recruiting and placing candidates in various roles.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for blue and grey collar positions - Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs - Develop job descriptions and postings to attract qualified candidates - Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients - Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process - Negotiate job offers and manage onboarding process - Collaborate with team members to ensure successful placements Good to Have: - Previous experience in staffing and recruiting blue and grey collar positions - Knowledge of industry trends and best practices - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proven track record of meeting recruitment goals If you have a passion for recruitment and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you!
