IT Procurement

Responsibilities

• IT Procurement Management: Lead end-to-end procurement activities for IT hardware, software, services, and infrastructure.
• Prepare and issue RFPs, RFQs and RFIs to potential IT vendors.
• Vendor & Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard IT suppliers in the procurement system.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key IT vendors and service providers.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with SLAs and contractual obligations.
• Sourcing & Negotiation: Source competitive quotations for IT products and services.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve cost savings and value for money.
• Purchase Requisition & Order Processing: Review and validate IT-related purchase requisitions from internal departments.
• Convert approved PRs into POs and follow up with vendors for order confirmation and timely delivery.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure procurement activities adhere to company policies, IT governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement agreements, contracts, and vendor communications.
• Reporting & Analytics: Maintain procurement MIS and trackers for IT spend, vendor performance, and contract lifecycle.
• Provide regular reports and insights to management on IT procurement metrics.
