About the Role

Campus Engage L&T has always focused on building a strong connect with students, across key campuses. Through leadership talks and industry-academia connects, L&T leaders share inspiring narratives about shaping India’s infrastructure and reinforce our position as an employer of choice by engaging with top talent across premier engineering institutes.

Through CreaTech , our flagship case competition for engineers we expand campus interaction by offering students real-world problem-solving experiences that mirror industry challenges. These initiatives provide young minds with a platform to showcase their technical acumen and strategic thinking.

Another initiative, OutThink – A Business Case Competition , attracts students from premier B-Schools across the country. Participants present their solutions to a distinguished Jury at a grand finale held in Mumbai and compete to win cash prizes and Pre-Placement Interview opportunities.

At L&T, we further nourish candidate engagement through a unique programme, GRACE (Get Ready for an Awesome Career in Engineering), which encompasses pre-joining initiatives such as radio podcasts, gamified content on our business achievements, with leader boards, quizzes, webinars, micro-learning platforms, and competitions.

These efforts not only prepare candidates for their careers at L&T but also foster a sense of community and excitement among our future employees.
