Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR and administrative operations.
- Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Coordinate office administration, vendor management, and office supplies.
- Organize employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Handle employee grievances and assist in HR policy implementation.
- Ensure smooth office operations and workplace discipline.
- Required Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Understanding of HR processes and administrative work.
- Strong coordination and multitasking ability.
- Problem-solving and organizational skills. ##
