Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR and administrative operations.
  • Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Coordinate office administration, vendor management, and office supplies.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and internal communications.
  • Handle employee grievances and assist in HR policy implementation.
  • Ensure smooth office operations and workplace discipline.
  • Required Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Understanding of HR processes and administrative work.
  • Strong coordination and multitasking ability.
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills. ##
