Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals (e.g.
• Naukri, Shine, Apnajobs, etc) and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and joining status.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for future requirements.
• Requirement: Graduate Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
