HR Manager

About the Role

About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive to support our rapid business expansion. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement while ensuring compliance with company policies. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for all departments.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documentation. Complete employee onboarding and induction. Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Coordinate attendance, leave, and employee data management. Support employee engagement and training activities. Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR reports. Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.

RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 13 years of HR or recruitment experience (Freshers with excellent communication may also apply). Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience: with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc. Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and coordination skills.
