Captain Roles and
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of blue/grey collar workers in day-to-day operations - Ensure safety protocols are being followed by all team members - Delegate tasks and responsibilities efficiently to maximize productivity - Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed - Maintain open communication with team members to address any issues or concerns - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate workflow and ensure project deadlines are met - Implement and enforce company policies and procedures - Conduct regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of team members - Manage resources and equipment efficiently to achieve optimal results - Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to stay competitive Good to have values: - Strong leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Problem-solving skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. ##
