Role & responsibilitiesBanking products customer service and cross selling like loans,insurance,credit cards,two wheeler ,etc Preferred candidate profile Outbound voice process Customer Engagement: Initiate and maintain conversations with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Qualifications

• Must be a Graduate; freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills are essential.
