Experience: Assistant Store Manager: 2–4 years of retail sales experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Store Manager: 4–8 years of experience in retail operations, footwear, apparel, fashion, or lifestyle brands. Responsibilities
- Manage overall store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the store team.
- Monitor store KPIs, sales reports, and productivity metrics.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and stock audits.
- Implement visual merchandising and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.
- Handle cash management, billing operations, and daily store reporting.
- Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with regional and area managers regarding business performance.
Requirements
12th Pass - HSC (12th Class) - Any Specialization - Age: 18-55 ## Skills - AGENT MANAGER ##
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
