Store Manager: 4–8 years of experience in retail operations, footwear, apparel, fashion, or lifestyle brands. Responsibilities

• Manage overall store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise the store team.
• Monitor store KPIs, sales reports, and productivity metrics.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and stock audits.
• Implement visual merchandising and promotional activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.
• Handle cash management, billing operations, and daily store reporting.
• Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with regional and area managers regarding business performance.
