Responsibilities
Manage and grow sales in the assigned territory Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, or channel partners Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics, etc.) Prepare regular reports on territory performance
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, business development, or territory management Strong understanding of the market and customer needs in the assigned area Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred Willingness to travel within the territory Soft Skills: Target-driven and self-motivated Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities Leadership qualities (if managing a team) ##
