About the Role

Working Days: 5 or 6 Days Role Working Timing: Weekdays 10am - 8pm / Weekends 10am - 5pm / Public holidays 12pm-5pm Working Location: Jurong East || Yishun || Tampines || Hougang Salary: $2,500 - $3,200 Job

Responsibilities

• Processing of credit applications and managing overall documentations required .
• Acquire and manage portfolio of customers .
• Gather customers documents and onboarding procedures .
• Enhance relationships with customers to customise loan product solutions .
• Manage credit and operational risks proactively .
• Provide advice on financial solutions that are tailored to customers needs and objectives .
• Interpret customers needs, risk and financial objectives .
• Identify suitable loan packages that fit customers objectives .
• Achieve revenue and profitability targets set by the organisation by driving customer satisfaction .
• Comply with internal and external compliance and regulatory guidelines .
