About the Role
Major
Responsibilities
- • Perform 2W Diagnostics & Repairs - Carrying out diagnostics and repairs for Electric two-wheelers. • 2W Scheduled Maintenance Tasks - Completing scheduled maintenance for Electric two-Wheelers. • Ticket/Work Order Updation & Closing - Updating and closing tickets or work orders, including tracking material consumption. • CS/Battery Repair – Performing Charging Station (CS) Installation & Maintenance tasks and handling battery repairs/ replacements.
- Technical Skill Set Required: • Basic knowledge of Two-wheeler Diagnostics & Repairs. • Knowledge of battery repair & maintenance will be advantage. • Good interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle and resolve technical issues. ##
