Employment type: Full-time Salary: (based on skills & performance) About Hyperloop Consultancy Group Hyperloop Consultancy Group is a PMC-led, integrated redevelopment consultancy , delivering Architecture, PMC, RCC, Liaisoning, Legal, and Approval services under one roof. The firm specializes in redevelopment, SRA, cluster, and high-rise projects , offering exposure to the complete project lifecycle—from concept planning to Occupation Certificate (OC) . Key ResponsibilitiesArchitectural & Planning Support • Assist in concept planning, layout design, and working drawings • Prepare plans, sections, elevations, and detailing drawings • Draft and modify drawings using AutoCAD (Revit is an added advantage) • Prepare area statements, FSI calculations, and compliance charts Redevelopment & Regulatory Assistance • Support planning as per DCPR 2034 / UDCPR 2020 • Assist in preparation of existing & proposed redevelopment layouts • Prepare submission drawings for MCGM / NMMC / CIDCO / MHADA • Assist in documentation for CC, IOD, OC, Fire, Environmental & allied NOCs PMC & Site Coordination • Attend site visits, surveys, and execution meetings • Assist in GFC drawings, site clarifications, and coordination • Maintain drawing registers, revisions, and site documentation • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal PMC teams Documentation & Client Interface • Prepare presentation drawings for society & developer meetings • Assist in reports, MOMs, and technical documentation • Gain exposure to client meetings and authority visits under guidance Eligibility & Skill

Requirements

• B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture (completed or final year) • Strong command over AutoCAD (mandatory) • Basic knowledge of building planning & construction • Interest in redevelopment projects and approval processes • Good communication skills and a proactive learning attitude Preferred / Added Advantage • Knowledge of Revit / SketchUp / Photoshop • Exposure to PMC / site / redevelopment projects • Basic understanding of DCPR / UDCPR / NBC • COA Registration will be an added advantage
