Responsibilities
Conduct full-cycle recruitment for blue/grey collar positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies - Utilize social media, job boards, and other channels to attract and engage potential candidates - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs - Coordinate and participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities Good to Have
