About the Role
Source and attract qualified candidates for blue-collar positions through various channels, including job boards, social media, and community outreach. Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the specified requirements. Conduct initial interviews (phone or in-person) to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Extend job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Stay updated on labor market trends and best practices in blue-collar recruitment. ##
