Employment type: Full-Time Reports To: Director Compensation: Competitive base salary + uncapped commission

Responsibilities

• Build and grow client relationships, uncover hiring needs, and drive new business Deliver consultative recruitment solutions across tech and/or financial services Source, assess, and place talent across C-level, GTM, corporate, and technical roles Manage end-to-end recruitment from brief to offer Deliver market insights on hiring trends, salaries, and talent to refine pitches and solutions.
• Contribute to thought leadership and employer branding

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about helping others succeed.
