About the Role

Opportunity Overview: We are seeking a versatile and skilled call representative to join our dynamic Payment Integrity team. This critical role involves conducting outbound and accepting inbound calls with hospitals, clinics, physician offices, and supply companies. This position requires a good understanding of the US Healthcare system and HIPAA / PHI.

This opportunity requires a self-motivated individual who thrives on accuracy, compliance, and continuous learning in a high-growth environment.

What you’ll do: -Conduct outbound and accept inbound calls with hospitals, clinics, physician offices and supply companies -Provide detailed and accurate documentation -Collaborate with additional teams to ensure clear communication and support in obtaining medical records for the payment integrity process Required

Qualifications
