About the Role
Position: ITI Welder / Fitter Department: Production / Manufacturing Industry: Electrical Panel Manufacturing Location: Shivane, Pune. Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated ITI Welder / Fitter to join our panel manufacturing team.
The candidate will be responsible for fabrication, fitting, and welding activities related to electrical control panel enclosures, structures, and other sheet metal components as per drawings and specifications.
Responsibilities
- Perform fitting and welding work for electrical panel structures and enclosures.
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings and work instructions.
- Carry out cutting, grinding, drilling, and assembly of panel components.
- Ensure proper alignment and dimensional accuracy during fabrication.
- Operate welding machines, hand tools, and power tools safely.
- Coordinate with supervisors and production teams to complete work within timelines.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.

ITI - Any - Production and Manufacturing - Age: 18-60 ## Skills - Production and Manufacturing ##
Qualifications
- ITI in Fitter/Welder or equivalent trade.
- Freshers or candidates with 13 years of experience in fabrication or panel manufacturing can apply. ##
