About the Role
Job Title: Sales Executive, Credit Card & Loan Processing Executive (Fresher) Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our team as Credit Card & Loan Processing Executives. The candidate will assist in processing credit card and loan applications, verifying documents, and coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely approvals.
Responsibilities
- Process credit card and loan applications (Personal Loan, Home Loan, Business Loan, etc.) accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up with customers for pending documents and application status updates.
- Handle customer queries related to eligibility, documentation, and processing timelines.
- Achieve monthly processing targets and maintain TAT (Turnaround Time).
