About the Role

Support grassroots efforts aimed at empowering women through skill development, training, or capacity-building programs. Engage in field visits to rural or semi-urban areas to assist in project implementation. Help conduct workshops or awareness sessions on rights, education, health, and entrepreneurship.

Collaborate with local communities and women's groups to promote self-reliance and leadership. Assist with documentation, logistics, and reporting tasks during the project period. Work alongside Dhwani Foundation staff and partner NGOs to ensure the impact and sustainability of interventions.

Eligibility

• Passionate about gender equality and social justice.
• Willing to travel and work in varied field conditions.
