Requirements

• Collecting and organizing technical and functional user requirements to aid in the development of a technical solution. • Assist the architect in design, development, testing, and the delivery of IT infrastructure solutions. • Engagement in a project from initial concept through solution delivery. • Support efforts by going through standard checklists and document integration of all core/shared infrastructure services prior to deployment on the production environment in predetermined standard formats. • Analyze and identify impact to integrations with other applications as a result of the deployment of the new application so that appropriate actions can be determined. • Outlines operational and implementation challenges and aid efforts to mitigate potential risks. • Evaluates existing enhancement requests which can be incorporated into current projects. • Supplements requirements with workflow diagrams and efficiently updates documentation throughout review cycles. • Provides consistent feedback of project status to Project Manager • Install, configure, and maintain network and server infrastructure systems; • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed; • Ensure security and compliance of infrastructure services; • Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve technical problems and implement solutions; • Document procedures and configurations for infrastructure services.
