Responsibilities
- Relationship and Account Management Building Client Relationships: Developing trust with prospective and existing buyers to understand their long-term business needs.
- Providing Customer Service: Acting as the primary point of contact for client queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- This role includes participation in a 24/7 customer support on-call rotation as part of the team.
- Managing After-Sales Support: Conducting follow-up calls to ensure customers are happy with their purchase, which often leads to repeat business or referrals.
- Generating Leads and Prospecting Identifying potential customers through research and customer visits.
- Presenting and Demonstrating Products: Tailoring pitches and live demonstrations to show how a product or service solves a specific prospect's problems.
- Negotiating and Closing Deals: Handling objections and negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts to reach mutually beneficial agreements while protecting company margins.
- Meeting Sales Targets: Consistently striving to meet or exceed specific monthly, quarterly, or annual revenue quotas set by management.
- Strategic and Administrative Tasks Conducting Market Research: Monitoring competitor pricing, products, and industry trends to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Maintaining CRM Systems: Accurately logging all client interactions, sales figures, and pipeline updates in software like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Producing Sales Reports: Creating regular performance reports and forecasting future sales progress for senior management.
- Liaising with Internal Teams: Collaborating with technical and finance to align messaging and ensure order fulfillment .

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
