About the Role

About the internship: Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist customers through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels. 2. Respond to customer inquiries and provide product/service information. 3. Support the sales team in lead management and order coordination. 4.

Follow up with customers on inquiries, orders, and service requests. 5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Support day-to-day concierge and customer support operations.

Requirements

• Graduate or pursuing graduation from a recognized institution.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and online communication tools.
• 5.
• Prior internship or customer-facing experience will be an added advantage.
