About the Role

We are looking for final-year students who want hands-on experience working with real AI systems used in customer support. 1. Review AI-powered customer support calls. 2. Identify mistakes and edge cases in AI interactions. 3. Check whether the AI followed the correct process. 4. Tag and document issues accurately. 5. Help improve AI quality over time.
