Job Details
Experience: Welcome guests, guide them through our layout, manage floor bookings/timers via our lounge software, and handle billing counter transactions efficiently. 2. Maintain Floor Optimization: Ensure our 20 high-end PC grids, console lounges, and racing simulator zones remain pristine, organized, and perfectly reset between guest sessions. 3. First-Line Tech Support: Assist players with basic troubleshooting—such as logging into accounts, routing audio channels through headsets, launching games, or adjusting simulator force-feedback settings. 4. Drive F&B Attachment: Work closely with our gourmet bistro kitchen team, taking food/drink orders directly from player stations and ensuring seamless delivery to the grids. 5. Run the Floor Hype: Assist in organizing and executing our weekly community Discord leagues, Friday night 1v1 duels, and large-scale mobile gaming tournaments.
