Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall project execution from planning to completion.
• Develop and implement work plans covering tree cutting (to stump level), demolition of structures, exhumation, shrouding, and reinterment processes.
• Coordinate deployment of manpower, equipment, and resources to meet project timelines.
• Be present on-site to supervise daily operations, resolve issues, and ensure work progresses according to schedule Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and all applicable authority requirements.
• Liaise with relevant authorities, stakeholders, and members of the public to facilitate project execution.
• Oversee document control systems, including maintenance of work records, progress reports, and photographic documentation.
• Implement and monitor systems for identification, tracking, and verification of exhumed remains to ensure accuracy and accountability.
• Ensure all operations are carried out with due consideration to cultural and religious sensitivities.
• Supervise site teams and ensure works are performed in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.

• We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage civil and special projects involving site preparation, demolition, exhumation, and reinterment works.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth project execution, regulatory compliance, and adherence to operational workflows and cultural sensitivities.
• This role is primarily site-based and requires the candidate to be physically present on-site to manage daily operations and coordinate with project teams and stakeholders.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in construction or civil engineering projects, with site management experience preferred.
• Possess valid Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) certification.
• Strong project management, coordination, and administrative skills.
