Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily fleet dispatch and vehicle allocation.
• Monitor vehicle movement, trip schedules, and driver assignments.
• Ensure optimum fleet utilization and operational efficiency.
• Maintain vehicle deployment records, trip logs, and operational reports.
• Coordinate with drivers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Plan routes and schedules for timely service delivery.
• Track vehicle maintenance and service schedules.
• Handle operational issues, delays, breakdowns, and escalations.
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations and safety standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fleet performance reports.
• Required Candidate Profile Graduate in any discipline.
• 25 years of experience in fleet operations, transport coordination, dispatch, or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle dispatch, route planning, and fleet management.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and fleet management software.
• Preferred Skills
