About the Role

1. Engage actively with walk-in customers to understand their lifestyle and technology needs, guiding them toward the right Samsung products and ecosystems. 2. Meet and exceed daily interaction and sales conversion targets by delivering persuasive, value-driven product pitches. 3.

Collaborate with colleagues to maintain perfect visual merchandising, inventory updates, and a clean, welcoming store environment. 4. Support peers during peak hours or high-traffic periods, contributing to a high-energy, collaborative, and supportive team culture. 5.

Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of exclusive experiential events, product launches, workshops, and masterclasses hosted at Samsung BKC. 6. Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn, adapt quickly to new product features, and embrace feedback for continuous professional growth.
