About the Role
Understand all program requirements and communicate requirements to all applicable business teams. Create detailed program implementation plans and lead all program implementation meetings. ). Communicate effectively across all functional teams assigned to the program. Ensure all program timelines and milestones are met.
Monitor program budget, revenue, and profitability. Maintain effective and timely communication with clients. Monitor the health of the program; create program updates and data reporting for QBRs, SLA management, etc.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate smooth coordination with internal teams (legal, onboarding, logistics) for successful client transitions and process improvements. Ensure client satisfaction across the entire program. Coordinate logistics service providers and/or other subcontractors utilized to support the clients program.
Other duties as assigned Skills required 2 years of related experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation skills. Dedicated team player. Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail. Able to review and analyse data. Flexible and adaptable. Ability to manage changing priorities as programs evolve.
Ability to create detailed project plans. Proficiency with MS Office Suite. Prefer five years experience. Prefer Database creation and management. ##
