Responsibilities
* - *Communication*: Answer calls professionally with clear English/Hindi/regional language skills - *Query Resolution*: Understand customer issues, provide accurate solutions, follow SOPs - *Documentation*: Update customer details, log call notes, and maintain records in CRM - *Targets*: Meet KPIs like AHT, CSAT, quality scores, and call volume - *Compliance*: Follow call scripts, data privacy rules, and company policies *Skills Required:* - *Voice*: Neutral accent, good listening, clear diction, grammar - *Technical*: Basic computer knowledge, typing 25+ WPM, CRM tools - *Soft Skills*: Patience, empathy, problem-solving, shift flexibility *Eligibility:* - *Education*: 12th Pass / Graduate, any stream - *Experience*: Fresher or exp in BPO/voice - *Work Mode*: Night shifts/rotational, 5- days/week *Salary Range:* 20,000 35,000/month + incentives, based on process & experience ##
