Responsibilities

Map important business services to underlying technology stacks Define and document impact tolerances for critical business services Identify single points of failure and concentration risks Conduct scenario testing to validate resilience capabilities Assess resilience gaps and drive remediation plans Prepare reports for management and regulatory submission Stay current with regulatory requirements (MAS Guidelines on Business Continuity Management) Facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders Support integration of resilience into change management processes Continuously improve operational resilience framework and practices Maintain a resilience dashboard with key metrics Coordinate with internal audit and compliance teams Job

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Risk Management, or Information Technology Minimum 7 years of experience in operational resilience or business continuity MBCI (Member of BCI) or CBCP certification required
