About the Role

The customer sales specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients in order to drive sales and increase revenue. This position requires an individual who is personable, motivated, and able to effectively communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of clients and pursue new business opportunities - Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction - Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services - Track sales metrics and provide regular reports to management - Stay current on industry trends and market conditions Good to Have Values: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets - Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities - Knowledge of blue grey collar industry trends and best practices ##
